Not too long ago, I posted about Yen Press announcing the pre-order for the first Re:Zero Ex light novel which drops in November, and now volume 2 is scheduled for a March 20, 2018 release! You can find more pre-orders and current releases for Re:Zero on Amazon for a good deal.
Re:Zero Ex Vol. 2 covers the backstory of Wilhelm and Theresia van Astrea, grandparents to Reinhardt, the current Sword Saint. I haven’t read the entire synopsis for the novel, so I’m looking forward to learning more about these characters and their place in the world of Re:Zero. One of the aspects I love about the story is that the world feels very lived in and yet mysterious with so many more new aspects to discover.
Right now, the novel is listed at $11.43, slashed from it’s $14 retail tag. These cuts tend not to last for the entirety of the pre-order period, so if you want to grab a copy it’s best to do it as soon as possible.
