Coming this September is a collection of Re:Zero artwork from the light novel’s artist, Shinichirou Otsuka. The book comes in a special illustrated box featuring brand new artwork designed just for this package. These new images from the box were posted in advance in commemoration of reaching 200,000 followers on the official Re:Zero twitter:
They look great! In addition to the art book, the box will include two novel books that contain a collection of short stories that were released as bonus items from select stores that have never been published in any of the previous bunko editions. The novel books total 450 pages, and according to the Play-Asia listing, the art book is 148 pages.
CDJapan has a pre-order for about $35 and Play-Asia is $45. CDJapan is clearly the better deal, but for what you get either price really isn’t too bad.
